She's contracted but there still is no shooting date for those other movies. There's not even a script for the Wonder Woman film.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice - March 25th, 2016
Suicide Squad – August 5th, 2016
Wonder Woman - June 23rd, 2017
Justice League - November 17th, 2017
The Flash - March 23rd, 2018
Aquaman - July 27th, 2018
Shazam - April 5th, 2019
Justice League 2 - June 14th, 2019
Cyborg - April 3rd, 2020
Green Lantern - June 19th, 2020

wonder woman and justice league are showing in same year. this means she will shooting these 2 movies back to back later this year or early 2016 to make the 2017 release dates. so, it would seem natural to try and stay in shape when you have a very long shooting schedule coming up soon.

Yep. Still no script on either films yet. But hey - Ghostbusters was mostly edited with ad-libbed lines. Maybe they can wing it.

BTW: Shooting usually happens within a two month period. Later re-shoots are often avoided but WB has the cash for it. Pre-production and post are what take up the rest of the filmmaking and it doesn't require the actor to be there outside of testing and ADR.

That means she's not working for the rest of those months if they are her only films.

seriously!! you need to let it go. if she wants to continue to work out. good for her. just because she isn't working doesn't mean she cant keep working out. i applaud her for trying to get in shape. movie or no movie you dont need an excuse to stay or get in shape. so please, let it go.

I'm sorry to have upset you. I do applaud her dedication in getting fit.

It's the filmmaking that I have doubts about.

I know most guys here want Wonder Woman looking like this...

...but let's be realistic. We love muscular women but it's not the mainstream's cup of tea. That's ok. I do agree though that Hollywood cast her too thin. She may put on some weight for the shoot. Who knows? But I think there's some girls out there that would be a better fit.

It's a shame that Lucy Lawless isnt in her late 20's early 30's. I was convinced as a teenager I was gona see her in a Wonder Woman reboot.

I don't doubt that some here would, perhaps - but that's a fantasy, and is never going to happen.

[Just for full disclosure, I'm not one of them. ;) ]

What I do think is that many, maybe most, here,
would expect to see is someone with the athletic development of what Jessica Biel had in Blade Trinity. :woohoo:

I've said it before, so its no surprise, but Gemma Arterton = Wonder Woman. B)

It might have been unrealistic to expect a WW like in the above photo. But at least somebody with a mentionable physique so society can finally take a (small) step towards making those expectations a little more reasonable. imho

Wait a minute. The movie is now in post-production stages! How can she still be working out if they're finished shooting!

because she is still contracted to do a wonder woman solo movie plus justice league movies. keeping in shape and possibly adding to her shape is a lot easier when you don't stop.

I do hope that is her, but that photo was attached to an article that had other photos that were obviously photoshopped.

Like the one on the right and all through the article the writer seemed oblivious to the photoshopping done to them. We can only hope that is really her but from this article I have some doubts about it's authenticity.

Here is a link to the article i'm referring to. If you want a laugh see how serious the writer is taking those photos.

Here is a link to an article about her at the Castro Spring Fashion show which was like last month, well actually it's about the show itself but it talks about her being there:
www.jpost.com/Not-Just-News/Subtly-Spring-389913

Right there on the front is her picture at the show looking nothing like any of those photoshopped images the net has been passing around:

Nice to see her still in the news though.
