    Trainer took my measurements today and helped me figure out my max for each of my routine for Mondays though it was using a formula of how much I could push for how many reps rather than risking the full max for one rep. Just thought I'd paste it here.
    Weight:  245 lbs
    height:  5'6"
    bodyfat:  42.3 %
    biceps:  15 1/2 inches
    chest: 47
    waist:  45
    abdomen:  43
    hips:  52 1/2
    thighs:  25 1/2
    calves:  17 1/2

    Max weights
    straight bar curls:  67 lbs
    straight bar shrugs: 146
    machine row: 149
    bench press: 157
    leg press: 379 (inaccurate as it was the measurement from third set instead of first. XD Trainer was getting frustrated because had to keep on adding weight and I was starting to tire)

    Of course I've already said this, but all in all incredibly sexy! Especially that your max is legpressing me, my friend, and 20lbs extra 😛

    I guess it would help if there were some past measurements to compare it to? No one seems to give a shit anyways save for a couple of close friends, but I guess I might as well post regardless.

    waist:  -1 1/4
    abdomen:  +1/4

    thighs:  -1/2

    I was wondering about the old stats… it shows how much progress you're making.

    And it seems you're making quite a bit.
