This video - Hidden Bicep - is very cool. I can't figure out whether it's real or faked, though. Pretty nifty, regardless.

I've seen something like this before. I wouldn't be stunned if it turned out to be real.

It's a fake - you can tell by the way the shadows are digitally smudged. I'm not sure what the technique is called, however.

Fake or no, it's still pretty cool!

Very well done, but still bogus. The background morphs along with the arm. It's clear the author worked up a nice finishing look to the pumped bicep, but I'm with Fett...I have no idea what software/tech was used to create such a smooth transition.
