John Scalzi, who in Old Man's War, The Ghost Brigades and other novels has written about female characters with great strength, stamina and speed, has a new book out called The Android's Dream. While Scalzi's earlier books often contained Robert Heinlein homages, the name of this latest one is obviously a Phillip K. Dick reference.
