I was checking Amazon.com to see whether any new female bodybuilding books had been released, but came up empty. Still, I see that SuperVixen is still available from resellers, which is excellent news. The book provides both the strongest justification for women to lift weights that I've ever read, and also some of the best advice about how to do it.
Jayde was a slender-yet-curvy woman with extensive modeling experience before she transformed herself into a pumped-up supervixen. Her figure was close to the supposed feminine ideal to begin with, but as she grew bigger and stronger through weight training, she found that her sex appeal went through the roof as a result of - among other things discussed in the book - an improved shoulder/waist/hip ratio. If there's a woman in your life who's reluctant to lift weights because she's afraid of becoming manly or "too big", SuperVixen is probably the best argument against the notion that you'll find.
Negrita Jayde's website has been updated since the last time I checked, and there's a lot of good material there, also.
Anybody know which phase she's in now? I must admit that during her "bodybuilder" phase, she became a tad unattractive. But then in her third phase, which seems to be the newest, she became superhot, keeping a lot of the muscle and losing the manliness she seemed to pick up while building.

Negrita Jayde is physically incapable of being unattractive. I look at the three stages she has on her site and my response is "Wow, she's hot!" to all of them.
