Beyond the Valley of the Dolls

I received a notice from Amazon.com that Beyond the Valley of the Dolls is available again on DVD. The 1970 Russ Meyer movie features probably the per-capita largest-breasted cast in cinema history. Just imagine 2001's Josie and the Pussycats with drugs, sex, girl-on-girl action and enormous breasts, and you'll have a pretty good notion of what to expect. Roger Ebert wrote the script.

I saw part of this on Fox Movie Channel a few weeks ago. I watched it for only one reason... well, two reasons: Cynthia Myers. Playboy Playmate, Dec. 1968, my favorite cneterfold of all time. I was so mad near the end of the movie when her character gets k- [sshh! don't tell them what happens, it'll spoil it!]
