I saw the new Milla Jovovich film Ultraviolet last night and I wrote a haiku about it.

Future vampire flick
was filmed in Shanghai daylight
and makes little sense

It's not the most awful movie ever made, but I had to struggle to remember more than two or three that were as bad or worse. Seriously - it's just a big, tedious turd of a release. It should have gone straight to video. Do not pay to see it.

My bad. I should've hipped you to the fact that it's like, worse then Underworld bad (the first time i saw it).

Normally, I DON"T pay for movies but i figured it was a good excuse to get out of the house.

I am now a shut in. Seriously, I found myself wiping drool during the delayed ending trying to recall where exactly was I again.

Yea, straight to video for sure.

For the most part I enjoyed it. The plot was about ankle deep but I thought the fight scenes were well choreographed and shot. The weapons tech was interesting and Milla certainly wasn't hard on the eyes. Yeah the kid was dull and the guy who played the villain was mediocre. I wasn't to found of the soft focus on the film but that might have been to help with blending the CGI. I didn't feel like I wasted my money, I went to a matinee.

Worst movies I've paid to see, Jaws 3-D and Knock Off with Jean Clod Van Dumb.
