One of my favorite videos is Playboy's 1995 Hard Bodies special, which features bodybuilder Christine Lydon and fitness model Ahmo Hight in one segment. Both women are blonde and beautiful, and when they first appear they're wearing conservative business attire. Lydon, who at the time was at or near the height of her muscularity, proceeds to literally rip her clothes off, shredding them with impressive strength. Ahmo Hight is a bit more subtle, stripping out of hers in an aggressive and powerful fashion. They wind up wearing sexy bathing suits. The rest of the DVD isn't all that memorable, but the Hight/Lydon segment makes owning it more than worthwhile.
