Those of you who were prepubescent in the early 1990s missed out on the musclebound miracle us older folks knew as Denise Rutkowski. She was so pretty and so big, but then she found Jesus and left the bodybuilding scene forever.

(Question: Why did Jesus tell Denise Rutkowski to stop pumping iron, but then tell Candy Canary to start pumping iron? Does the Lord only approve of women with alliterative names lifting weights and getting all buff and stuff?)

There's a decent chance this clip is excerpted from an old Ray Martin video now published by Women's Physique World, RM-12, but I'm not 100% sure.
