There's a German music video up on YouTube that's set at a female bodybuilding competition, with one of the judges as the protagonist. Manchmal haben Frauen (Sometimes Women Have?) is the name of the song/video, and the band is Die Ärzte. The band's been around for awhile, and the video seems to be about six years old. The video concludes with the protagonist getting the crap beaten out of him by a half-naked FBB as implied foreplay to sex, a notion I assume has greater lure in Deutschland than in Die Staaten.
As an aside, the guy in the video looks so much like Huntz Hall I found myself waiting for Leo Gorcey to show up.

I had heard of this band before. Notice that in their logo they spell their name with a tripple dot over the a, instead of the usual German ¨. This is apparently a reference to the "heavy metal umlaut": the German word Ärzte "doctors" normally has an umlaut anyway, so to get the proper effect they needed to add an extra dot!
My German isn't great, so I won't attempt to translate the whole song. But here's a summary:
A guy goes to a bar. An older guy, totally drunk, starts insisting on giving him advice about women. His advice is:
Manchmal, aber nur Manchmal, haben Frauen ein kleines bißchen Haue gern.
"Sometimes, but only sometimes, women enjoy a little bit of spanking."
The narrator gets upset with this guy and they argue about it. Then he runs home upset, and tells his girlfriend. She smiles, then beats him up, saying:
