I'm getting ready to head off in the morning to the Arnold Expo in beautiful downtown Columbus, Ohio. And yet not even the threat of impending air travel can stop me from shooting off my mouth. So by all means check out the brief video above, featuring the bodaciously brawny Julie Scanlon; she has very muscular arms.

And while you're at it, check out triceps girl here. Don't know who she is, but I sure like her arms.

Gotta' love Google -- I saw that the triceps video was of "ScorpioGirl" and a quick search found:

Which lead me to the conclusion that she is Tami B (for Bellon?) and she's married to the guy who posted the video. And he appears to be "Future" and is freaking huge.
