Somewhere I've still got a 1992 catalog from fitness equipment and media provider "The Firm". It was sent to a former girlfriend and was filled with testimonials from women thrilled with the discovery of newfound physical strength following just a few weeks or months working out with the company's videos. The catalog contained some nice photos, too.
There were several genuinely buff women who hosted videos from The Firm, but my favorite was 5'10" former American Gladiator Salina Bartunek. Bartunek was "Electra" on American Gladiators, and many regard her as the most attractive cast member from the entire run of the show. Her obviously-muscular upper body served as inspiration to many women, and one of her videos, The Firm: Firm Parts - Upper Body/Standing Legs, is available at Amazon.com on DVD.
