Right up front I'll say it: the ladies in the Women's Physique World "Strongest Bodybuilders" video are mostly in off-season condition.
They are muscular, voluptuous and insanely powerful.
If you find that appealing, you will love this video.
It's called WPW-Compilation 15-1 Strongest Bodybuilders DVD or VHS, and though it suffers from a lousy name, it more than makes up for it in quality content.
The featured women include, by chapter:
Shelley Beattie/Kris Luebke 1990
Doughdee Marie 1986
Doughdee Marie 1991
Vicki Sims/Virginia Brady 1991
Cyndie Meintzer 1988
Cathey Compton-Smith 1988
My favorite is Doughdee Marie.
I've long considered her to be a muscular analog of Marilyn Monroe: beautiful and indecently curvy, but also crazy strong.
Doughdee was a regular in Women's Physique World Magazine during the 80s and 90s - I have fond recollections of her photo spreads, usually depicting theatrical feats of ridiculous strength.
One involved her lifting a man over her head while she was careening about on roller skates.
She's 5'2", and in those spreads was shown tossing grown men around like toddlers.
I'm also a big fan of the other women in the video, particularly Cyndie Meintzer, Shelley Beattie and Vicki Sims.
Throughout the video, these ridiculously strong women pump iron.
Big poundages.
Pretty high reps.
They get all sweaty.
I've had worse times
I have the video with Kris Luebke (w/ Shelley Beattie) and true, not only did she have an impressive physique, but as evidenced by the gym session, was (bleepin') strong, too.
However, I would have to point out her form with the curling bar had far too much swing (cheating method) in it to really count as a real lift of the full weight.

Gentlemen, clarity, not agreement, is what's important. 8)
Or if you prefer: state the facts, then give your opinion.
