My bitches over at Hardbody.com have gotten the heads up that it's OK to announce the names of the remaining three unknown female gladiators on the new "American Gladiators": Valerie Waugaman, Jamie Reed and Beth Horn. I figured out the news about Tanji Johnson a few weeks back, after finding it in an Alaskan newspaper.
I was actually present for the auditions of Waugaman and Reed [see American Gladiators Auditions] though I only spoke with Reed.
...at the end of the commercial is the bodybuilder who played Superman in that World's Finest fan film.

... :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
Beth isn't too hard on the eyes either! :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
I think the move to get natural competitors and those who, if the do use roids, haaven't shown any ill effects is a very clever move as it will break the audience in gently to the concept of muscular women without freaking them out.

(They also ran that AMG ad-trailer last night during Heroes) His name's Mike O'Hearn, been around for several yrs, most notibly as a BB model, tho he's also into martial arts and powerlifting, too. 8)
Some nice femuscle on those Gladatrix, remains to be seen, tho, if this new incarnation will live up to our expections.

Not to mention that the reason I called you "my bitches" was specifically to provoke a response either at your site or here.
The term "my bitches" has that magical passive-aggressive quality that drives so much web traffic. See, if wrote "those bitches" it would just be offensive. If I wrote "my pals" it would be pointlessly collegial. But the implied affection of "my" paired with the hostility of "bitches" is blogging gold.

This series will most likely come here late since I live overseas. But when it does, I'm taping it like heck! Ooooh waaah!
