From an episode of "Honey West" - a 1965 television show about the eponymous fictional female detective [h/t: FourEyes]. The show was based on the books of G. G. Fickling  . "Honey West" starred Anne Francis, who previously played the excruciatingly sexy Altaira Morbius in Forbidden Planet.Somewhat off-topic, Anne Francis is amazingly well-preserved. This fairly recent photograph of her at age 75 appears to be that of a foxy 50-year-old, and with no obvious signs of plastic surgery. Update: Check out the Honey West opening credits.
