I never really liked the Jenny Jones female bodybuilder segments that were such a staple of 90s daytime TV. The production often made them seem freakish, and the bodybuilders who most enthusiastically embraced the genre often were at least a little bit freaky.

I like this particular video a lot, however, mainly because both participants seem pretty down-to-earth. It's called "Your Teasing Made Me Blue, But Now I Could Bench Press You". The synopsis is that a high school bully who teased a pretty-but-scrawny redheaded girl finds that she is now very, very far from scrawny. And he's floored.
