I was looking on YouTube for those old "Milk, it does a body good!" and "But I'm drinking milk!" ads that ran in the U.S. in the 1980s. I found one that featured a boy, but none that featured girls. I recall one that showed a young teenaged girl outgrowing a boy who ignored her, maturing into an athletic, stacked woman with muscular legs. Another showed a skinny college-aged girl receiving little attention at a party, and then flashed forward a few months to show her "after milk": she'd filled out and become large-breasted.
Here are some I found:
A Japanese ad that shows a woman's bust swelling tremendously as she guzzles milk
Spanish-language ad that shows a race of superhuman amazons who drink lots of milk
A Singapore ad that shows a curvy girl drinking milk (Singaporeans are diminutive, so the woman is actually quite large and well-built by local standards, though still petite by ours)
My understanding is that in Asia milk consumption is still very low, with little cultural background for it. Women associate it with breast development, and that's often how it's sold.
I was there myself a few minutes ago, looking for the old 1984 McDonald's Olympic commercials as well as the old Rub-A535 commercials. I didn't find them, but I did find a lot of others, including one from 1904 that features Al Treloar.

There's a bunch there.
This is one of them: My Friend the Milk Drinker, although my recollection is that there was a similar one featuring two girls in ball gowns. Like this one, the skinny one was rueing the curves of the one who outgrew her by drinking milk.

The bust expanding Japanese clip was hilarious, considering that milk prohibits fat cells from dividing. If she were eating a Big Mac or something, it would have been much more realistic.
