I was pleasantly surprised this week to see some posters in the subway depicting some nice gym bodies. A new reality series called Work Out is premiering on Bravo on July 25 at 10pm (9pm Central Time). According to the episode summary for the pilot episode:

"Jackie Warner, owner of Sky Sport & Spa, is determined to be the best in the competitive fitness industry in Los Angeles. Jackie has pulled together an elite team of trainers to attract an A-list clientele to her exclusive gym. But tough bodies and strong personalities lead to conflict among the staff. And Jackie, already under pressure trying to run a successful business, gets more pressure from her tempestuous girlfriend, Mimi."

So far there's not much content on the website. The link to the series page was also not active on Bravo's main website, so I don't think it's officially live yet. I only managed to find it by trying to enter some obvious things in the address bar. So I guess you can consider this a sneak peak at the show. The first image under the Photos & Videos is a working link that will launch a 2 minute preview of the show.

This reviewer indicates that the first episode is a bit weak, but that the series gets stronger (pun intended). The review indicates that an episode airs on July 19th as well, but the website also lists the 25th as the premier date. Check your local listings.
