I haven't tried out the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance video game yet (Amazon.com link), but it does hold a certain appeal. Players are able to select a team from a broad array of Marvel Comics characters, and basically go to war with a selection of Marvel Comics villains. There are several super-powered female characters in the game, and while I have not been able to identify whether the She-Hulk is available for play, I did find the Enchantress is one of the tougher bad guys in the game. Here's the character description:
Physical Attributes
Height: 6 ft. 3 in.
Weight: 450 lbs.
Eyes: Green
Hair: Blonde
Powers & Abilities
Enchantress has the near-ageless, superhuman physique of a typical Asgardian goddess, though she seldom relies on her physical prowess. She is one of the most powerful mystics in Asgard or on Earth, capable of energy blasts, protective shields, illusions, levitation, teleportation, conjuring, interdimensional travel, transmutation, time-disruption and mind control.
Kind of overkill, isn't it? She's super-strong and built like a brick house, but she just waves her hands around to make magic stuff happen, like scrawny little Willow on BtVS?
Strength Level: The Enchantress possesses the normal strength of an Asgardian woman of her age, height, and build who engages in moderate regular exercise. She can lift (press) about 25 tons.
Known Superhuman Powers: The Enchantress possesses the conventional attributes of an Asgardian woman ("goddess"), as well as a mastery over certain sorcerous disciplines. Like all Asgardians she is extremely long-lived (though not immortal like the Olympians), superhumanly strong (the average Asgardian female can lift about 25 tons), immune to all disease, and resistant to conventional injury, (Asgardian flesh and bone is about three times denser than human flesh and bone, contributing to Asgardians' superhuman weight.) Her Asgardian metabolism gives her far greater than human endurance at all physical activities. The Enchantress rarely exercises any of her physical abilities except those that pertain to the amatory arts.
(I totally need to move to Asgard.)
At the video game site, there's a wallpaper image of the character, and a great comics chronology here.
I've played Marvel Ultimate Alliance with my friends and he even inputted cheats to unlocked all the characters. She-Hulk nor Hulk are in the game. The only other power house character that is in there is Ms. Marvel, but it looks like Spider-Woman is the sexiest of them all even though she's not as strong.

how was the game? I may rent the 360 version today.
Was the black Cat in the game? she has always been my favorite character from the spider-man cartoon that aired when I was little.

Black Cat was also one of my favorites, but she's not in the game either. It's become pretty apparent while playing through with my friends that they are saving the rest of their heroes for a sequel.
There's some repetition and it's pretty easy to get lost when you're playing with 3 or more people, but it's pretty fun. Better to play with friends than by yourself. So invite me over if you get it!
