This video shows female bodybuilding legend Cory Everson performing her posing routine at the 1986 Ms. Olympia competition. (And no, Cory was sadly not the only person wearing big ass sunglasses and DayGlo® clothing in 1986.)

Now that's what I call a posing routine! Long, full of energy and interesting moves. If we could get the competitors up to a realistic bodyfat percentage we might see longer more interesting routines nowadays. Now I know why you guys who were around the scene then view it as a golden age.

Could do without the shades, though!
