Check out GI Jane [expired], the blog of Australian female bodybuilder Daniela Anicic. In just over a year of serious training and diet, the skinny long distance runner has transformed herself into a tower of muscle and strength. Right now she's trying to get lean for competition but having some difficulty with it. She looks pretty darn good to me, though.

One thing I like about the two photos at left is that she appears (almost) to be wearing the same outfit, except with the appendages cut off to accomodate her much more muscular limbs. It's as if she burst right out of them - which would be very cool.
