I was checking out The Muscular Asian Woman and saw that Xin Li Cao has her own pay site now. I checked it out and there seems to be a lot of content there. Even better: she's got a workout video that also features Tomoko Kanda, who is my permanent crush object. Xin Li Cao and Tomoko Kanda working out together! On video!

If you're unfamiliar with Xin Li Cao, she moved to the U.S. from China in 2007 and prefers the nickname "Lili" for Westerners who probably can't pronounce "Xin Li" in a way that doesn't sound like butchery to Chinese ears.
