Catherine Holland

As I mentioned last month, I ran into Holland at the Arnold Expo. It was Holland's first visit to the show, and she was working as a booth babe. I don't know how the women can do it, truthfully: that much human contact would overwhelm me and send me running for the exit doors. And yet the women stand there, hour after hour, allowing countless mooks to wrap their meathooks around them, posing for photos.
