C'mon man,you're telling me you don't remember Aerobicize?
It was used as a filler on
Cinemax or HBO back in the
early eitghties. Ron Glass,the
suave,deboinaire actor from
Barney Miller produced it.
It was great.

Looks like some one is trying to bring back the 20 Minute Workout format from the '80s with trashier looking women. 20 Minute was a cool show with some pretty hot fitness women who actually sweated during the workout. And talked. They even used the same generic, repetitive disco music.
