I was trawling the internet in my special fashion when I came upon this wonderful photo of Shana Martin, following one of her many lumber sports wins. This one was in "boom running", which I think is like log rolling. She looks very happy, don't you think?

Between her outdoor sports contests and fitness competitions, Shana Martin has frequently been on TV in recent years.
