Like most women she probably went with high profile implants. Since she has muscles and fairly strong shoulders, she would have been better off with moderate or moderate+ implants instead, to make her breast larger (not bigger) and cover more of her chest.

Wherever the implants are positioned on her chest, that's one of the biggest "C" cups I've seen. To the naked eye I'd have guessed a "D".
