Female bodybuilding and muscular women in general aren't tremendously popular in Japan, but that doesn't mean there are no resources. Muscular women are depicted with some regularity in anime and manga, and of course there are some physique athletes, as well. Here's are some links to keep you busy for a few minutes:

Tetsumi's Salon has relocated to Delphi Forums. The site is - essentially - a single-board forum to discuss muscular Asian women. They get a lot of good scoops, and a lot of the posts are in English.
