HerBiceps has some new photos of Jessica Work, an amazingly muscular 20-year-old bodybuilder from West Virginia.
Misty Anderson [at right] will be competing in the deadlift in a weightlifting competition next month. That's right - she's that good looking and she can deadlift 275.
There's new Ali Huston video at FemFlex. Don't we all like Ali Huston?

I don't know if she wants the information posted to the web. Suffice to say, she's planning to compete again this fall in an amateur meet. The deadlift is her specialty, I believe, and she has competed before. She's also very much into horseback riding. She's very athletic.
Misty does a weekly webcam, and if prompted she'll talk about these sorts of things.
