USA Weightlifting is running a cute ad on some sports networks, in which a young, pretty brunette outlifts two moving men (at right). The girl in the video is Natalie Woolfolk, an Annapolis native who now lives at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. She was profiled last year in the Washington Post:
Woolfolk's one hang-up about weightlifting -- "that she would get really hulky and look like a football player," said her mother, Amy Frank -- dissipated quickly. Even now, Woolfolk's 5-foot, 4-inch figure remains counterintuitive. When she wears jeans that cover her massive quadriceps, she looks practically petite. Athletes at the Naval Academy joke that Kirk is the only Division I strength coach who wilts in weightlifting competitions against his skinny, 135-pound daughter.
That is the hottest non-sexual act I've seen perpetrated in earth gravity.
Great link and very cute.

Can I help it if he was standing in line ahead of me? I'll just have to be quicker on the draw - or maybe clean-and-jerk him out of the way . . .

 Sorry, couldn't help it. It's actually a very graceful move. When WPW was shooting a gal in a gym who had been an Olympic lifter at the time it was just cool to watch the movement over and over. Sure there was the strength aspect but it was the smooth flowing movement that was cool too.

Double entendres aside - what a great video - as Cowprobe says - it's cute. Just shows that ayoung woman doesn't need to look bulky to be strong (although I can't understand the writer of the Washington Post calling a 5'4", 135 pound young woman "skinny".
"Slim", yes, but to me, skinny says weak, with matchstick arms and legs, and, whilst her arms aren't huge, they're still muscular, but her quads are very impressive, and her delts look like they belong on a Greek statue.
