Trawling through my log stats last night, I noticed that the volume of traffic to my old Transvigor site had spiked dramatically. I dug in a bit and found that most of it came from HerFlexAppeal. Transvigor is listed on the links page there, so I deduced that HerFlexAppeal had enjoyed some large upwelling of traffic for Wednesday, a portion of which bled off to Transvigor. Being a curious monkey, I used Google's Blogsearch product to seek out recent references to the site. There was just one, but it was a doozy. It seems HerFlexAppeal trades on the NASDAQ OTC market as Digicurve, Inc. - ticker DCUVE.OB. It also seems that Digicurve in March acquired a Thai company called "Global Satellite Broadcasting Corporation": And lest ye doubt that Digisoft, Inc. is actually HerFlexAppeal, there's a photo of a flexing Melissa Dettwiller and this text: Similar references to DtV appear in Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC] filings that I checked via the EDGAR database. (And btw, 50% for site operations!? I need a piece of that action.) Just last month this high-flyer made another high-tech acquisition of Fightersoft, a Romanian software company, and will likely change its name to Fightersoft. I always knew there was money in this racket, but buying up satellite companies and software developers? Wow! I suppose congratulations are in order for HerFlexAppeal - the first female muscle site to be listed on a U.S. stock exchange. Bravo! Related Items:
