No more "www"
Thursday, 15 June 2006
From now on visitors should just put "http://amaz0ns.com" in the address bar of the browser. We've killed the world wide web and will no longer tolerate its odious remnant to linger here. (It was messing up our stats and Pagerank.)

Some of you may conceivably have trouble logging in. If that happens, try clearing your browser's cache. Once that's done, hold your breath, count to ten and try to reload the site.

I'm missing something here. Why is "www" gone?

It's passe and having both "www.amaz0ns.com" and "amaz0ns.com" as functional domains confuses search engines and other sematical web directories. So I had to pick one, and now I have.
