I've hyped this before, but I really can't say enough good things about Google's image management software, Picasa. It organizes all the photos and videos on your PC, and tracks new files as they're added. It's the perfect tool for finding just the right bunch of photos and scrolling through them, and gives a lot of Mac-type iPhoto capabilities to PC users.
