Title: Laura Creavalle - Classics of Femuscle
Post by: AlexG on Jul 03, 2009, 10:03 AM
Another that you see rarely mentioned these days, but she certainly didn't lack for coverage in the past - a Twinlabs Power Girl and (as she was once called) the Uncrowned Ms Olympia.

Normally, I use the WPW as a referance, but strangely they've never posted a single gallery of her, this despite having covered her in their magazine.

Therefore, I've gone to alt-sources . . .

One of my all-time favourites. It's a travesty she was never Ms Olympia.

Clearly, from my profile pic, I've ALWAYS been a fan of this beautiful woman even though she was NEVER given the attention she deserved! Glad she's gettin at least SOME action here on the site!

Young Grasshopper, never sweat the small stuff.  ;)

Besides, it opens the opportunity to add another link (her homepage) and a few pictures to the thread.  8)

Boy, you can say that again.

IMHO, THAT was the golden age of female bodybuilding. It was when I first realized the beauty of a fit, muscular woman.

This is how I think FBBers should be encouraged to look at contest - ripped, but not dry or weak-looking.

Actually, that's an old favorite, and perhaps one the best ever pictures taken of her at that level of appearance.  It was part of Muscular Development photo-op featuring her, one side with three panels of poses, the flip side a full-length centerspread.

(Yes, believe  it or not, once upon a time MD, Ironman and FLEX actually had motivational centerspreads.)

I seem to recall that she credited (now ex-first husband) Chris Aceto as being responsible for bringing up her upper body into symmetrical balance with the development of her legs and abs.
