Highlander, in answer to your query, Nicola sent me a text message saying that you're right, the puny weights do seem out of place, but explains that the shot was taken after she had finished pumping her 250-lb barbells and was just cooling down with those smaller weights, so her arms and chest would remain nice and warm and bulked up for her next song.
