Yeah, working out is a great way to channal aggression and frustration in a healthy way.  It's a good thing you want to gain some muscle, as this could be quite therapeudic (Did I spell that right?  Oh, it's early and I'm too lazy and tired to check...).  You said that this happened while your husband WAS in Iraq; I assume he's currently out?  I hope that he made it out okay.
