I saw a article today that said that Jim Carry was looking to do a movie with Ben Stiller? The premise was something about them trying to escape a society totally dominated by women. The article was very vague on anything else mostly I think because the movie  is still being developed, but lets hope for some Amazon apperances!

Jim Carrey?

The same person who "graced" us with the "character" of Vera deMilo on In Living Color... a character through which he couldn't express enough cruelty and hatred toward women bodybuilders? That Jim Carrey? He's going to play one of the Amazons, right?

Sorry, but I haven't forgiven him or the Wayans brothers for that. (Do you realize that more people watched that one episode of INC than probably the entire viewership of every FBB contest on ESPN combined? I shudder to think how many people came to hate FBBs because of that show.)

So, no, I'm not excited about this new project of his.

Which in turn was also a parody of the famous Public Service Announcement (PSA) for Milk with a girl putting down a boy who snubbed her.  While she's touting the virtues of Milk, drinking it and growing (age progressing) into a beautiful young woman - pointing out along the way what he was missing out on.

Until a week or two ago I wouldn't have known what you meant, DCM (me being a Brit and all), but then I came across this video on M90, which seems to be the episode you were talking about (or one of the episodes?).

This show was just so nasty. *sigh* and I used to like him in The Truman Show...

That is needlessly bitter. First of all, it wasn't even pretending that he was any sort of FBB. It was taking a stab at Conan the Barbarian. So I think Conan fans have a LOT more to bitch about.
Second of all, look at Liar, Liar compared to Dumb and Dumber. The man has obviously matured a lot.

Yeah, he HAS come a long way.

I never looked at his Vera De Milo skits as a true slap in the face of the FBB community.  I saw him as the stereotype most mainstream folks think of and fear when they think "muscular woman," and alongside the real thing, I realized FBBs didn't look THAT bad.  In fact, I appreciated them a lot more.
