That line was indeed from "The Forty Year Old Virgin", in which the title character makes up a story about having sex with a woman. Needless to say, this line clued his friends in that he was really a virgin.

Lol, awesome movie, the trailers made it out to be a puerile gross out comedy, which it is in part, but it had fairly well told and funny story to boot.

As for the article, doesnt it state that the genes code for development of breast and nipples themselves? As breast size is determinated by the amount fat in them. Of course thats what i got from teh article.

And oye extra breast and nipples thats a a new one for me :|
