I think everyone knows Lu, while she in this picture might not look like herself.
The one in the middle is Kaili Worn, she is annoyed she can't figure out the power of the tattoe and use it to defeat Little Hood. She needs to to get the a high position in her family and get the cure for someone she cares about.
The person to the far right(To Kaili's left) has no name and is just called Magic Girl and she had taken over a family heirloom that hasn't been used for 300 years. So she is pretty new to it, so she has alot to learn... like where are her limites and how to work the spells.
