The Monthly Muscle Show at Herael Express has been updated for July with 4 worksafe pictures which I'm rehosting to ease the burden on Geocities.

I haven't posted about Herael Express's Monthly Muscle Show in a few months.  If you're not a regular visitor to the site, then you've missed out on the last 3 months of pics.  I'd like to help correct that with the usual assistance from ImageShack to help alleviate Geocities bandwidth restrictions.  Click on the month to go directly to the page on Herael's site, or click on the thumbnail to get the ImageShack hosted version:

About that last pic, Tug-of-war, I saw it on e19700's DA site(http://e19700.deviantart.com). e19700 is an artist at Herael Express.  Am I wrong?

Anyway, I thought I saw a spine in that pic, then I found out it was a group of people.  My fear of gore in female muscle art is making me see things...
