My favorite Japanese female bodybuilder is Tomoko Kanda (神田知子).  She won a few big Japanese titles in 2004, but I think she's currently retired from competition.  She's doing something for reporting for Muscle Media Japan, and she posts regularly to her Blog.  There's still a great video of her over at Andy's Muscle Goddess site.
