In my search to find high resolution versions of the artwork for Brandish, I discovered that Falcom, the Japanese license-holder, actually published an illustration book called Falcom History Legend of Illustrations which features artwork from all their games.  You can buy it buy it used at Amazon.co.jp.  I even managed to find some scans for the pages relating to Brandish which I'm posting below.  I also discovered that Falcom is looking for licensors for the Brandish franchise.  Anyone here interested?
