I was browsing through a Masami Obari (大張 正己) artbook called G-One when this girl in the image below caught my eye.  It was from artwork for a game series called Cho Aniki (超兄貴) which is just plain weird.  The girl's name is Benten (ベンテン), and unfortunately, she's not depicted quite so muscular in the other pictures I've seen.  Obari is probably best known for his character designs in the Fatal Fury anime, so the art style should be familiar.  Click on the image for the full picture.
