Two sisters, one is brain damaged or something. The other one works and supports her. She hates it, and eventually comes across a sort of "Super Soldier" serum. Uses on the sister in the hopes that it will fix her mind, but it also does all the amazon growth/busty/sex drive stuff. She's not smarter, her brain was regenerated to normal. Ending can vary, but if we were going along with the book, she should eventually regress.

I should say - the idea is taken from the book, Flowers For Algernon. Although, naturally - it would be nice if the story ended with something a little happier.

Well, as ErikZ spake unto me - she's not actually in coma. She's just you know... retarded, or whatever policial correctness wastes of space call it.

And the sister resents looking after her mentally incompetent sister. So she signs her up for the super soldier programme because it will make her smart. Which is does - the only problem being that it also happens to turn her sister into the super busty, super strong, super lusty Amazon.

It's not easy to see how the story would pan out... personally I think an appropriate end would go along the lines of the sister running away to a private island to be a goddess or maybe taking pity on her sibling and giving her the treatment too.

I just hate unhappy endings for stories because it just means issues. I don't want porn with issues.

That was an utterly shameless plug, Alex... but yeah, I will check it out. I've skimmed it already - seems like there is little chance of ANYTHIGN unhappy happening form the bits I saw.
