Once more, another death in the family, this time my grandmother about three weeks ago... It feels like life has just been hanging me out the car window, going 70mph down the interstate and letting me slam into every roadsign on the way. But, I'm picking myself up again. Trying to get seriously back into training once more. This time I can actually afford the attention of a personal trainer on a more regular basis rather than like once a year. So, I hadn't made really any progress since August. But I really hope to now. Again, sorry for being away for so long without any word, it's been months. I hope everyone's doing well.

Blimey.  I'm really sorry to hear about your other bereavement.  I hope life picks up for you soon.  I've often found exercise to be a great way of working through issues.  Anyway, hope you have a good Christmas and New Year.

::hugs:: Thanks, Jack. Yeah, I do feel better when I workout, emotionally, not just physically. It's just getting up to feeling like going to workout sometimes is a challenge. I think with a trainer's regular help now though, it should help motivate me too.

I'm sorry that all this has befallen you. Hopefully next year will be a better year.

I'm horribly sorry this has happened to you. :-(

I'll definitely keep you and yours in my prayers.
