This is the first time that I know about that a Japanese artist has made himself available for commissions. His English is good enough to communicate, and prices are reasonable. Here's a quick price guide:
1 - Pencil sketch =$5~$8
2 - Digital color =$20~$30
3 - With background=$30~$50
Prices on the left are for busts, and the prices on the right are full figure pictures. If you choose a color pic, you get to choose the coloring style. He has a
link to a picture showing the 2 different styles. Anime style is a cel-shaded style with bolder shading. Gal Game Draw style shows more gradients in the coloring. He noted that he's a little busy, so you may have to wait a little for your completed commission.
