For the purposes of keeping it as basic as possible I've arbitrarily compressed the choices of scale sizes - thus Amazonian can also mean Titaness (i.e. Wonder Woman, Big Barda, She-Hulk, Thundra or Stunner), but both are within the range for normal Human relationships.  Giantess also includes Mini-Giantess since both are overtly disproportionate in scale for a normal relationship and that Mega Giantess is assumed to include (if that's your interest) of those that reach up to and can go well beyond planet crushing size.  Lastly, as for FMG, it's been my observation that it's all but practically synonymous with Amazonian in the current era, however I've allowed for an either or choice for those into taller women, but without female muscle growth as a part of the process.
