powerful
ripped
cut
amazonic
hulking

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head.

But I truly think that using 'male' words isn't necessarily a bad thing.  ‘Herculean’ and ‘hunk’ are terms I often use, taking the connotation that comes along with them, and twisting into an entirely new definition.  Plus, I write mostly for female readers, and one thing I always try to do is write the story as if it’s a persuasive paper… written to influence a straight normal girl (whatever that is)    in that a bulking mass of feminine muscle is the most arousing thing on earth.  Plus, nine out of ten readers always associate muscle and strength to a man, which isn’t anyone’s fault per se, but just the way our society is.  That’s why I love getting e-mails from women who say that they always thought of a muscular woman as weird or ugly, but after reading my story, they changed their minds. 

To me, that is totally sexy…
