That's a good question. Perhaps it would depend on the lady's disposition? If she wants to show off her new height, muscles, etc. then no clothes at all works really well, or something very clingy and revealing without being too revealing if she wants to keep a little for the imagination. If she's afraid or ashamed of her new size then it's a different story altogether. I'd think she'd prefer to find something - anything - to use as makeshift clothing. If she's a super-heroine than a uniform is in order.
I guess the bottom line is this: I'll let her wear anything she wants to.
