Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. A little info on myself, I am a 300 lbs wrestler who loves strong girls for the simple reason of having someone who can keep up with me without worrying about hurting them.

I lift free weights four times a week, circuit train 2-3 times a week and run when I can. Due to my size, I throw down about 200 grams of protein powders a day (not counting my meals). But I hit a plateau about six months ago which discouraged me almost to the point of stopping training, I wasn't getting size or strength gains.
Then I heard about hemodilators. (ah the point emerges!) Now I'm really picky about what I fire down being that being a big guy is detrimental to a long life anyways but I can't find much if anything on these suppliments. Anything you folks might have heard would be a real help to me on this one. I have tried a few days of experimental doses and have noticed a huge increase in energy levels (I live at a high altitude and you get blown pretty quick here) as well as strength gains. But again I would like to hear from you.
