I figured I should at least post if anyone is still wondering how I've been. I'm still going downhill in how I feel. Getting more tired and weak. But, I got both good news and bad news from my doc yesterday. The good news is, my T4 levels are finally rising in response to medication after almost half a year of trying to get the dosage right. The bad news is, my testosterone has also risen quite a bit. Female testosterone should be between 0.1 and 0.71. Mine's risen from 0.77 to 1.2. So I guess that's the reason I've been more and more tired... At least I hope it is, cause that would mean if medication can affect the testosterone and bring it down, then I should improve and start feeling better.
Still trying to get my scans and labwork results over to MD ANderson for evaluation. Just hoping they'll take me and can help me get some semblance of a normal life back into this body.
Other bad news, my contract at the health club ran out and I was wiped from their computers before I could renew membership. So now I'd have to pay twice as much just to get a new membership. Just really sucks that having health costs money, especially when you don't have money to dish out to doctors and such... It's a really sad world where only the well off and wealthy can afford the basic right to good health.

I hope things do turn out better for you very soon.  I fear that your story is yet another indictment of the health system in your country. Angry

I'm sorry for the burden you're shouldering right now Necro and I wish you a speedy jog down the path of recovery.

As for the health care in America, don't even get me started: I tend to foam at the mouth. Cheesy
